Murder via "accident on purpose" or series thereof that might use the victims health history to attempt to indicate a natural death due to preexisting weaknesses. Any accident that happens on the street to within the hospital can probably be created as an "accident on purpose".

Another technique of a murder via "accident on purpose" might be to create a set up that traps the victim into saying something and when a part of this is repeated in court, it appears as though the victim created the problem which then lead to the accident or death. This is complicated and difficult to understand.
